Shipping policy

Since Money Magnet Empire focuses primarily on digital services (consulting and creative features), the shipping policy needs to address Digital Delivery and the Production Timeline for custom work. Even if he eventually sells physical clothing, this policy covers all bases.

Digital & Creative Services Money Magnet Empire provides digital products and professional creative services. No physical shipment is required for these items.

1. Digital Products (Blueprints & Downloads)

All digital products and PDF frameworks are delivered via email immediately upon purchase.
If you do not receive your download link within 10 minutes, please check your spam folder before contacting support.

2. Creative Services (Hooks, Verses & Features)

Delivery Method: All vocal files, lyrics, and song architectures are delivered as high-quality digital files (WAV/MP3) via a secure download link (Dropbox or Google Drive).
Production Timeline: * Standard Hooks & Verses: Delivered within 7–10 business days.
- Full Song Architecture: Delivered within 14 business days.
- Rush Orders: If a rush fee was paid, delivery will be within 48–72 hours.
Music Video Appearances: Scheduling for physical appearances will be coordinated within 5 business days of purchase.

3. Physical Goods (Clothing & Merch)

Note: If we are currently in a "Pre-Order" phase for clothing drops, please allow 3–4 weeks for production and shipping.
Domestic Shipping: Standard shipping within the US typically takes 5–7 business days once the order has been processed.
International Shipping: We ship worldwide. International orders may take 10–21 business days and may be subject to customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Booking Confirmations

Confirmation for all Strategy Sessions and Discovery Calls is sent instantly via email. This email contains your unique booking link and meeting credentials.
