Since Money Magnet Empire sells a mix of high-ticket services (Consulting) and custom creative work (Hooks/Verses), you need a "No-Nonsense" policy. Industry standard for digital and creative services is No Refunds, because you cannot "return" time or a custom-recorded verse.

At Money Magnet Empire, we provide high-level strategy and custom creative assets. Due to the nature of our digital products, creative services, and professional consulting, we maintain a strict refund policy to protect the integrity of our work and the time of our team.

1. Consulting & Strategy Sessions

  • Payments: All consultation fees (Discovery Calls, Strategy Sessions) are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to reschedule a session.

  • No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the session fee.

2. Creative Services (Hooks, Verses, Features)

  • Custom Work: Once work has commenced on a custom hook, verse, or song architecture, all sales are final. * Vibe Check: We encourage artists to review our portfolio (The Studio Vault) prior to booking to ensure our sonic style aligns with your vision.

  • Revision Policy: While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to excellence. Each creative package includes [1] round of minor vocal or lyrical adjustments if requested within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Digital Products

  • All digital downloads, blueprints, and educational materials are delivered instantly and are non-refundable.

4. Event Coordination

  • Deposits for event coordination and live experiences are non-refundable and serve to secure dates and vendor logistics. Specific cancellation terms are outlined in individual project contracts.
